Would a stomach flu with several bouts of vomiting cause laryngitis? - laryngitis, stomach flu, now sore throat

I had a stomach flu for 24 hours with several episodes of vomiting badly. Two days later, I still have a sore throat and laryngitis. I thought pulling in the neck, vomiting, difficult, but it could be the cause of the laryngitis, too? Persons who have no voice, I feel good now.
